Longbow First Aid Products Manufactory was established in 2005, and located at Hantian Industial Park in Foshan City, which has good environment and hasn’t any source of pollution nearby. The park is only 10kms away from Guangzhou and has convenient transportation.

Our products include surgical kit, first aid kit, adhesive plasters, sterilized dressing, instant cold/hot pack, bandages, antiseptic solutions, wipes, non-woven products, disposable sterilized washing solution, etc. We can supply for our clients with standard products, OEM and ODM are welcome. Till now, we have extended our market to North America, Europe, Oceania, Mid-East, Southeast Asia, etc., and our products are highly commended by our customers.

We have our standard decontaminated workshop in size of 2000sqm, which has two Class 100,000 clean rooms, one Class 10,000 clean room and one Class 10,000 aseptic biochemical checkout room. Basing on our factory’s long-term plan, our workshop is designed and built according to the requirements of GMP. Our dressings workshop has the production capability of 200 million pieces of adhesive plasters and dressings; The first aid kit workshop has the capability of assembling 3 million sets of assorted first aid kits; The purified water and aseptic solution filling workshop can supply our clients with 50 million pieces of disposable sterilized washing solution, 1 million of disposable instant cold pack and reusable cold/hot pack; etc. Besides, we have the capability of producing bandages, gauze swabs, non-woven fabric products, CPR face shields, rescue blanket and wipes, etc.

We have strict principles to manage our production and production circumstance and train our workers according to the GMP requirements. All our workers, stock staff and QC have the Induction practicing certificate awarded by the government. In 2006, our company was approved by ISO13485 certificate and our products got the CE & FDA certificates, besides, we have got the processing trade manual so that we can import some medicines, medical products and some other appointed material from our clients without import tax, which brought us a great convenience during the OEM production.

Additionally, we have our own bags workshop and can produce assorted first aid bags and medical transport bags. Our professional bag masters can design bags independently and customize bags with clients request, and we have a group of skillful workers, which assure us a production capability of 1million of bags with assorted designs.

And we have a large injected-plastic products workplace to produce assorted plastic first aid boxes. Our professional engineers can design and produce models with clients requirements and drawings. We have a capability of producing 1million of assorted first aid cases/boxes in PP, ABS, etc.
